Getting to Andahuaylillas

Overview: Small town, east of Cuzco. Must not be confused with Andahuaylas, which is a larger town in the western Andahuaylas Province, close to Abancay. Andahuaylillas' most important attraction is its old colonial-era church, which bears Moorish style elements, has Inca stones built-in and, of course, Spanish architecture, which is dominant.

Longitude: 71° 40' 36" W

By Air: To Cuzco and from there by road or train.

By Rail: From the direction of Cuzco and to the direction of Puno.

By Road: Quite good regional road connection.
